This is how you make it

  1. Put the coconut whipping cream in the fridge for 8-12 hours.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon of coconut whipping cream in a saucepan. Add the coconut blossom sugar (and chai latte if you have it at home).
  3. Turn the heat to medium and keep stirring until you have a caramelized substance. Wait until it starts bubbling and keep stirring, but don't wait too long, it burns quickly.
  4. Add the nuts and stir until everything is covered with the caramel. Spread on baking paper and let cool.
  5. Add coconut blossom sugar to the whipping cream (optional). Beat the coconut whipped cream for about 2 minutes with a hand mixer at high speed, until you have a nice whipped cream substance.
  6. Then prepare the banana split. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise and place on a plate.
  7. Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread on the bananas.
  8. Divide the whipped cream over the bananas. Break up the caramelized nuts and sprinkle on top. Finish with a drizzle of crunchy almond butter.
