Roasted cauliflower teriyaki

Japanese

A cauliflower 'steak', cauliflower rice, cauliflower wrap, you can do a lot with cauliflower. But really, cauliflower is just a vegetable, and we prefer to eat it as a vegetable too. So this cauliflower side dish is not a substitute for meat, rice or dough. Did you buy a cauliflower, but it only comes up? Then break the cauliflower into pieces, drizzle it with our ready-made teriyaki sauce and put it in the oven. Eat it as a side dish in your buddha bowl, rice dish or curry.
