This is what you need

Soba 100% buckwheat1/2 pack
Lemon1
Fresh ginger1 cm
Garlic1 clove
Tamari2 tbspRoasted sesame oil1 tbsp
Parsley15 g

This is how you make it

  1. Cook the soba according to the directions on the package (5-6 minutes).
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley. Grate the ginger.
  3. Squeeze the lemon and mix with the ginger, tamari, sesame oil and crushed garlic.
  4. Rinse the soba under cold water after cooking. Mix with the parsley and pour the sauce over the noodles.

  • Prefer some more vegetables with your lunch? Add your favorite (raw) vegetables, such as spring onion, bean sprouts, bok choy, cucumber or zucchini.
