Coconut oil (deodorised)1 tbsp
Red onions2 small
Cherry tomatoes250 g

This is how you make it

  1. Cook the gnocchetti for 3-4 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Mix with pesto verde.
  2. Clean the green beans. Cut them into short pieces of about 3 cm.
  3. Finely chop the red onions. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Heat a frying pan with coconut oil. Turn up the heat.
  5. Add the green beans and stir-fry them for about 5 minutes until crispy and cooked.
  6. Add the red onions and fry them for 2 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes in the last minute.
  7. Serve the plates and garnish with nutritional yeast.

Tip(s)

  • You could easily exchange gnocchetti for another gluten-free pasta.
