This is what you need

Medjool dates12 pieces
Chocolate25 g
Pistachio nuts40 gAlmond Butter Crunchy - Chai4 tbsp
Optional
(celtic) sea saltto taste

This is how you make it

  1. Cut the dates open on one side and remove the stone.
  2. Fill each date with almond paste chai.
  3. Shave the chocolate with a sharp knife or break into small pieces. Press into the almond paste chai.
  4. Chop the pistachios. Sprinkle over the dates.
  5. Optional: garnish with a pinch of sea salt.

Tip(s)

  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
  • Also delicious with 3-mix or crunchy cashew paste with salt or hazelnut paste.
