Banana ice cream with peanut butter and cocoa nibs

This is how you make it

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Place in the freezer overnight.
  2. Grind the bananas, together with the gingerbread spices, into an even, icy substance in the blender. Finally add the cocoa nibs and pulse briefly until everything is well mixed.
  3. Mix the peanut butter loosely with the banana with a knife, so that the peanut butter remains visible and you get a marble effect.
  4. The ice cream is best if you eat it immediately or put it in the freezer for another hour (or 2), until it has the right thickness.
