A recipe for healthy cookies with turmeric: we had to share it with you. Vegan and very tasty crunchy. The base is made of almonds. Cookies without flour or gluten. You should try it!

This is what you need

Coconut oil (deodorised)70 g
Flaxseed crushed1 tbsp
Water2 tbsp
Coconut blossom sugar60 gAlmond flour140 g
Tapioca starch35 g
Baking soda1/2 tsp
Curcuma vanilla latte1 tsp

This is how you make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt the coconut oil in a fireproof dish in the oven.
  3. Grind the flax seeds in the blender. Mix with the water and stir into a thick paste.
  4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, by hand or with a fork.
  5. Make balls into dough.
  6. Place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Keep enough space between the balls (approx. 8 cm), because they run out a bit.
  7. Bake them for 15 minutes.

Tip(s)

  • Replace curcuma vanilla latte for curcuma ginger latte for 'spicy' cookies. Want more crunch? Add some chocolate pieces!
