This is what you need

Cashew nuts30 g
Tapioca starch2 tbsp
Coconut oil (deodorised)2 tbsp
Nutritional yeast flakes1 tbsp
Salt1/2 tsp
Water120 ml
Agar agar powder1 tbspPizza base2
Tomato sauce spicy1/2 jar

This is how you make it

  1. Soak the cashews overnight in cold water. Are you short on time?Then cook them on low heat for 15 minutes. Drain.
  2. Add the cashew nuts, tapioca starch, coconut oil, nutritional yeast flakes andthe salt in the blender and grind fine.
  3. Meanwhile, put the water and agar agar in a saucepan and bring allto a boil while stirring . Simmer gently over medium heat for about 2 minutes,while you keep stirring.
  4. Add the agar mixture to the blender and blend until smoothwhole. Work quickly, because agar-agar sets quickly.
  5. Pour everything into a round dish of about 10 cm or in a storage box. Moveuncovered it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Grate the cheese or cut into slices.
