This is how you make it
Cook the Pad Thai noodles according to the package instructions. They should be cooked al dente as they will be stir-fried in the wok later.
Cut the tofu into medium-sized cubes.
Clean the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Cut the rest of the vegetables and press the garlic.
Heat 2 tablespoons coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy on the outside. Turn the tofu regularly to ensure even cooking on all sides. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set it aside.
Add another tablespoon coconut oil to the same skillet/wok.
Add the vegetables and garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender and crispy.
Place the cooked tofu back in the skillet with the vegetables.
Pour the teriyaki sauce into the skillet and stir well to coat everything evenly.
Let the dish simmer for another 5 minutes over medium heat to allow the flavors to meld.
Finally, add the pad thai noodles and gently stir.
