Red curry paste1 tsp
Chickpeas (in a jar)350 g

This is how you make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Drain the chickpeas. Mix the curry paste with the chickpeas until everything is coated.
  3. Roast in the oven for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.

Tip(s)

  • Delicious with a plate of dahl (Indian lentil soup)!
