Vegan
A good recipe for chia pudding contains a lot of fruit and nuts. Because with that you have a healthy breakfast on the go. Preferably make your chia pudding as a quick meal prep in the evening, because then you can attack immediately in the morning. Do you work at home or is the weekend, then you have to wait 10-15 minutes until the chia seeds have been absorbed by the plant milk, and a nice pudding is created. This is how you make it

  1. Mix the almond milk and chia seeds in a mug. Let this soak for about 15 minutes. Stir regularly, especially in the first few minutes, otherwise the chia seeds will stick together.
  2. Then add the coconut milk, maqui and maple syrup and stir well.
  3. Lightly scoop the almond paste into the pudding to get a marble effect.
  4. Top it off with fresh, seasonal fruit. Delicious in the morning or as a snack.

Tip(s)

  • You can also prepare this very easily the night before. Then mix the chia seeds, almond milk, coconut milk, maqui powder and maple syrup in a container and put in the fridge overnight.
