A wrap with grilled vegetables is a classic. An every-day meal for singles, couples and people with kids. Delicious as a vegan lunch, or as an evening meal if you have to be quick. You can easily eat this wrap with hummus every day It only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and the result is delicious, simple but nutritious!

Piadina spelt and oats2Hummus original4 heaped tbsp
Zucchini1/2
Eggplant1/2
Red pepper1
Sun-dried tomatoes100 gCapers in olive oil2 tbsp

This is how you make it

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut into thin slices.
  2. Heat a grill pan and grill the vegetables for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn around regularly. Sprinkle with a very small amount of oil if you like.
  4. Heat the wraps in the hot, dry grill pan on both sides for about ten seconds.
  5. Place the wraps on a plate and spread with a good layer of hummus. Top with the grilled vegetables.
  6. Garnish with sun-dried tomatoes and capers.
  7. Season with basil leaves, salt and pepper.
