Especially if you exercise before breakfast, oatmeal is a perfect way to help your body recover from exercise. Mix it with hemp protein powder, which is 50% protein!

This is what you need
Rolled oats

Oat drink
200 ml
Raisins sultanas
1 little hand
Hemp protein powder
1 tbsp
Maple syrup grade C
1 tbsp
Banana

Fresh blueberries
1 little hand
Mixed nuts
1 little hand
This is how you make it
Put the oatmeal, oat drink and raisins in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and mix with hemp protein powder and maple syrup.
Garnish with (mashed or sliced) banana, blueberries and mixed nuts.
Tip(s)
Not a big fan of the pea-like taste of hemp protein powder? Substitute it for cocoa, maca or maqui powder.
