Coconut milk 80%

This is how you make it
Cut the onions into pieces.
Put the coconut oil in a stockpot. Fry the onions in 2 minutes until translucent. Fry the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer gently for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Puree with the hand blender.
