A pizza with hummus? That's super tasty. The grilled cauliflower, the Middle Eastern seasoning harissa and the slightly sweet pomegranate seeds make this a pizza different. Israeli style with an edge! The roasted cauliflower is also delicious without the pizza, so remember it for next time!

This is how you make it

  1. Preheat the oven to grill setting or at least 250 °C.
  2. Wash the cauliflower and crumble into small florets with your hands.
  3. Mix with the cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and arrowroot.
  4. Divide over a baking tray. Sprinkle with olive oil.
  5. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally or adjust the temperature slightly if necessary.
  6. Take the baking tray out of the oven. Lower the temperature to 180° C.
  7. Bake the pizza crust for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Mix the cauliflower with the sun-dried tomatoes.
  9. Chop the parsley. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
  10. Spread the pizza base with hummus. Top with the roasted cauliflower.
  11. Finish with harissa, parsley and pomegranate seeds.
