So are you in a detox, do you want to lose weight, or just start your day right? This green smoothie with spinach and hemp seeds is just a great start to the day. Pro tip: hemp seed really is the golden ingredient in a green smoothie. Because hemp seed consists of 35% protein, you can hardly put too much hemp seed in your smoothie. That makes it super creamy! Don't like matcha? Fortunately, you can leave those out.

This is what you need

Frozen banana2 pcs
Frozen mango pieces150 g
Spinach60 g
Matcha premium grade1 tspHemp seeds1 tbsp
Water400 ml

This is how you make it

  1. Cut the bananas and mango into pieces and put them in the freezer overnight.
  2. Cut the cucumber into pieces.
  3. Squeeze half the lime.
  4. Put all ingredients in the blender and grind into a smooth smoothie.
  5. Enjoy!
