Making your own ice cream is fun to do, it only takes 10 minutes to prepare and the result is much healthier than ice cream from the store or snack bar. This is homemade ice cream with coffee flavour. Not a fan of coffee? Then replace it with cocoa powder.

This is how you make it

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth. Don’t mix for too long to avoid foam formation.
  2. Put the mixture in the ice moulds and put in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
