Avocado is fat and creamy on its own, making it the perfect replacement for whipped cream in this vegan recipe. The dates and banana make it sweet, and by using real cocoa, it becomes deliciously choco-like even without a chocolate bar. A tasty, pure chocolate mousse for anyone who eats plant-based. Not inferior to chocolate mousse from a container!

This is how you make it

  1. Puree the dates in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mash until you get asuper smooth mousse.
  3. Garnish with hemp seed or cocoa nibs.
