This is how you make it

  1. Mix the almond milk and chia seeds in a mug. Soak for at least 15 minutes. Stir well in the first few minutes, otherwise the chia seeds will stick together.
  2. Then add the coconut milk and stir.
  3. Slice half a banana and place the slices against the sides of the glass.
  4. Mash the rest of the banana and mix with the chia pudding.
  5. Put the dates, 3-mix and cocoa powder in a blender and grind until smooth.
  6. Add 5 tablespoons of coconut milk, until the mixture is as thin as a thick sauce.
  7. Fill your glass with a layer of chia pudding, a layer of date mixture, another layer of chia pudding, and so on

Tip(s)

  • Use the rest of the coconut milk in a smoothie, soup or turn it into caramel sauce!
  • Are you a real chocolate freak? Then mix 1 tablespoon of cocoa and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup with the chia mixture. Turn it into a chocolate bomb!
  • Don't feel like using the blender? Hm, the date mix is super tasty, but I get you! Keep it simple and replace the dates with a few tablespoons of maple syrup. You can now use a bowl to mix.
