This is how you make it
Preheat the oven to 180° C. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix the amazake with the oat flour in a mixing bowl.
Grind the mulberry mix in the blender or chop finely with a knife.
Add all ingredients to the amazake mixture and mix well.
Shape the mixture into balls with a spoon, place them on the baking tray and flatten slightly.
Bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
