Amazake cookies

Only sweetened with amazake

Do you want to bake cookies without sugar? Without cane sugar and even without coconut blossom sugar? That's really possible! In this sugar-free cookie recipe we only sweeten with amazake (fermented rice) and mulberries (superfoods). This makes them super tasty and sweet, but because of the fibres it is much easier for your body to absorb the sugar. The cookies are also gluten free. This is how you make baking healthy cookies fun and delicious!
